Easter is coming up fast this year. These cute little Toilet Paper Roll Easter Baskets make the perfect candy holder. Let’s make them!
This little craft is perfect for an Easter craft for the kids, or for adults to give the kids! They would be great as add on centerpieces, to hand out at school daycare or church.

Let’s see what we need and get into it!
SUPPLIES
- Toilet paper rolls
- Popsicle sticks
- A handle
- Decorations
HANDLES: For these pictured, I used wired twine. They carry this at most craft stores and my personal favorite, The Dollar Tree. You can also use pipe cleaners or rope.
DECORATIONS: Ribbon, gems, stickers, flowers anything you love!
DIRECTIONS
1. First we need to make a bottom to the baskets so our candy doesn’t fall out. You can use a piece of cardboard, card stock, cereal box or paper plate. Whatever you have on hand.
Place the toilet paper roll down and trace the circle.
2. Cut out the circles and glue onto the roll.
3. Next start gluing the popsicle sticks to the roll. I left a small gap between each stick and glued with hot glue. Kids can use white school glue.
4. Once the roll is covered in sticks, you can start decorating! I painted mine Easter colors, added the jute for the handle and glued ribbon on. They turned out so cute!
